There is nothing quite like a locally sourced, fed and pasture raised chicken. Juicy, delicious and often hard to beat!
Small - Avg 3.3 lbs - (Spring 2024 only, 3.5lbs in summer)
Medium - Avg 4.0 lbs
Large - Avg 4.5 lbs
Expect +/- .25lbs variation per item on any given delivery week. Logs are kept to be sure each customer gets at least their purchase price in value over the course of the entire CSA delivery season.
All meat is delivered frozen.

- CSA delivery days are the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of each Month
- Delivery is free to one of our CSA drop-sites in the Eugene/Springfield Area
- Home Delivery is an option for an additional $10 delivery fee per delivery
- Home delivery customers will be sent a separate bill based upon the number of delivery days per month you need
- Please indicate how many whole chickens per month you would like when checking out.
- If you are purchasing an odd number of the product (1, 3 or 5), please make a note during payment processing to indicate how you would like divide up your order between the 2 delivery dates.
